🧩 Three challenges a day. Each day brings three bite-sized brain-teasers — anagrams, odd-one-outs, riddles and micro-trivia. Nail all three and you light up one letter of the week's word. Miss a day? No letter. Evolution waits for no ape.

🔠 Letters add up. Do your dailies and the word slowly reveals itself, one glowing tile at a time. We keep the last letter hidden on purpose — that final leap is yours to make.

🎯 Guess whenever you're feeling clever. Think you've cracked it? Take your shot. Guess right and it's confetti, badges and eternal glory — plus a brand-new word appears on the spot, no waiting for Monday. Guess wrong and natural selection gently trims your bonus (your letters survive — we're not monsters).

🌅 Sunday is reveal day. If the word outlived you all week, we put it out of its mystery on Sunday and tell you its story. A fresh word rises Monday.

🔥 Keep your streak. Play each day and your fire grows. Skip a day and it fizzles — so does your ancestors' respect.

🆓 The first 3 days are on us. Play free for three days to feel the rhythm. On day two we'll ask you to make a quick account (so your streak and progress follow you everywhere). To guess the word and keep playing beyond the trial, it's a one-time CHF 5.50 — no subscription, no ads, yours for good.

🧠 Why bother? Because every answer sneaks a little real knowledge into your skull. You came for a word game; you'll leave slightly smarter. Sneaky, we know.

1. The game. Sapien ("the Game") is a free weekly word puzzle with daily challenges, provided by NETSim Software ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

2. Eligibility & accounts. New players get a 3-day free trial; from the second day an account (email + password) is required so your progress and streak follow you across devices. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the account menu, which permanently removes your login.

2a. Purchases. Guessing the word and continuing past the trial require a one-time unlock of CHF 5.50. On the web this is handled by our payment processor, Stripe; in the Android app it is handled by Google Play Billing. It is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), tied to your account. As a digital good delivered immediately, it is non-refundable except where required by law.

3. Acceptable use. Don't abuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to break or overload the Game or its services, and don't use it unlawfully.

4. Notifications. Daily reminders are optional and only sent if you grant permission. You can turn them off anytime in your browser settings.

5. Data & privacy. We store the minimum needed to run the Game: your email and authentication data (via our provider, Supabase), your game progress, and — if you opt in — your push-notification subscription. We don't sell your data. Auth emails are sent from netsim.software. Delete your account to remove your personal data.

6. Intellectual property. The Game, its puzzles, text, and artwork are owned by NETSim Software. You may play and share your results, but not copy or redistribute the Game itself.

7. No warranty. The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NETSim Software is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game.

9. Changes. We may update these terms; continued play after changes means you accept them. Material changes will update the date above.
